BODACIOUS CONSULTING OVERVIEW

Bodacious Consulting is a young consulting company whose directors and associates collectively have over 70 years’ experience in the public and commercial sectors as well as the professional accounting environment, focussing on business turnaround, business rescue and related fields.

We have identified a need in the market for a multi-disciplinary entity to proactively assist public and private companies, state owned enterprises, national government departments, provincial government or local governments that are underperforming or which are in financial distress.

Our directors and associates have been involved in substantial turnarounds within both the public and private sector. The key to our success is our ability to identify the critical issues quickly and assemble a professional multi-disciplinary team to implement the turnaround as effectively and efficiently as possible. Similarly we have the experience and understanding of identifying terminal enterprises and dealing with these via formal routes.

It is our belief that pro-active interventions are far more likely to succeed than re-active interventions.
